Short Hair

A trip to the hairdressers resulted in a bit of a change. I let the hairdresser get scissor happy.
It makes me look about 12 but I LOVE having short hair. The messier the better.

If your debating it - just do it!

Happy Mothers Day Everyone and most of all to you Mama June! (if your reading this)

The Zara Boots & a Little Update

Im really not having much inspiration with my wardrobe lately so I decided to have a massive sort out which included a few bags to charity.

I've decided I would rather have staples that are a bit longer wearer and more 'classic' for want of a better word.

Shoes were the first to be rifled threw and flung out. I said goodbye to the tatty dolly shoes and welcomed home these sleek Zara beauties. (LINK) I was after a pair of boots I could wear out with jeans and still look dressy. These fit the bill perfectly. They have a slightly pointed toe which is something I usually wouldn't go for but they help elongate legs something I definitely need!

I've also had most of my hair chopped off, I'm still getting used to it and I'm deciding on a change with the colour. I'm thinking of maybe using the new peach L'oreal toner to add a subtle tinge. I just need to find it first. Numerous trips to Superdrug and Boots have not been successful, heres hoping they have them in this week!
Hope everyones well,

Rimmel - Blue Eyed Girl Nail Polish

I love these little Rimmel nail polishes. They dry fast, they stay on the nails for a good few days and they are super purse friendly. £2.99 I think. You cant complain with that.
This one is my current fave - here.
I have my magpie eyes on some of the glitter ones next.
Hope your all well,

MAC - Girl About Town

Two posts in one evening! I've been feeling pretty inspired and in a bloggy type of mood these past couple of days.
In other news I got a new job today! So for celebratory drinks I whipped out a bright lipstick to reflect the mood. MACS girl about town is my go to super bright pink. It has a kinda blue hue (accidental!) that packs a mean punch. I usually wear this blotted on for a stain but I went for the full hog tonight.

I must also say that it managed to stay on albeit slightly faded after demolishing a plate of enchiladas!

Hope everyones well.

Little Stacking Rings

I usually bypass the jewellery section in New Look however after picking up something for a friend I had a little browse and spotted these beauties. £3.99 for 5 little dainty rings, you cant go wrong! I've already coated them in clear nail varnish in hope they don't start to go all rusty (a pet hate of mine). I usually wear them stacked up but to give you a better view I wore them individually.

You can still get them here - Link!

Soap & Glory - Archery

I didn't need another eye brow product as my current Laura Mercier eye brow pencil was doing the job perfectly. But you go in Boots and the 3 for 2 offer always grabs you. I've never really been interested in the Soap and Glory makeup range (I love the body products!) as the stand in my local boots is really messy and they never have a full stock. However for some reason this weekend was different and this was one of the products I left with.

Its a double ended brow stick - (I chose the colour brownie points) one end is a tint and the other is a crayon. You use the tint end first to shape. Its a really light colour so no dark scouse brow here! Then the crayon on the other end to fill in.

So far so good, for £10 I think this is a good little product. Very handy to keep your eye brows in check. I use this and then brush them through with a spoolie and I'm good to go!

I have a few products to show you guys that I have recently picked up so expect some more review type blogs.

Hope everyone has had an enjoyable Sunday!
